I just came across this trailer for another Halloween movie, this one is H2 Halloween 2 and it is directed by Rob Zombie. I am assuming that this is a sequel to Rob’s 2007 movie entitled Halloween. Of course there is a Laura Strode in this film but Jamie Lee Curtis will not be playing the part, awe thats a shame I wish she was.
This sequel Laura is struggling with the fact that her brother Michael has come back to Haddonfield and of course he is looking for a reunion with his sister. A killing spree will ensue until Michael has his baby sister all to himself.
I am a fan of the Halloween movies and I will anxiously await this one which will hit theaters on August 29th.

A 78 year old man ties thousands of balloons to his house to full fill a life long dream of his to see the wildlife of South America. After starting off on his journey he discovers a young boy who is a stowaway that wants to explore with him, and also a few creatures will make the journey with him.
Another Pixar film which should be a good one. The movie is rated PG for some peril and action and has a runtime of 96 minutes. Opens this Friday in a theater near you. I will be taking the grandkids to see this one.

This is a montage story of 4 separate people from Los Angeles who are all brought together on Christmas Eve by an array of different circumstances and go through tragedy and divine intervention.
I was not to thrilled with this story. It was depressing and very emotional and doesn’t get any better. The acting could of been better and the plot only makes us realize just how our lives can end suddenly. Just not a cheery movie at all. I really didn’t like Patrick Swayze’s character, can’t believe he chose such a role. Forest Whitaker was the bright spot even though he was suicidal.
This movie is released on DVD tomorrow and I suggest not even spending the money to rent it. My rating is a 4.
