Mirrors
Starring: Kiefer Sutherland, Paula Patton, Cameron Boyce, Erica Gluck and Amy Smart
The story is about a man who is a retired police officer and a recovering alcoholic. He gets a job as a night watchman in an old department store that is moderately destroyed by a fire and has a lot of mirrors. After a few nights of working he starts to see some peculiar images in the mirrors and learns that there is an evil force who begins chasing him and jeopardizing him and his family.
This movie was quite boring and lacked any excitment to me. There was one scene in particular that I did like though, not to give anything away but it is involving his sister. Kiefer Sutherland my man from the hit TV series 24 did a mediocre job at his role, I am actually surprised that he would even take on this role. The movie was so full of plot holes and it was a lousy attempt to scare people.
The dvd was released yesterday so my advice is don’t buy it, don’t even rent it, a complete waste of time. My rating is a 3 only because the ending was original, totally not what I expected.
